Atmospheric Aerosols: Characteristics and Radiative Effects

This book will include basic knowledge and understanding on the characteristics of aerosols over the continent and oceanic regions, their composition, their residence times, their major sources and sinks and their size distributions, and their effects in the radiative transfer and climate of Earth. It will cover aerosols in the troposphere and stratosphere and their radiative effects. Modeling needs to estimate the radiative impact of aerosols will also be highlighted in the book.
