The purpose of this study was to assess the status of Physical Fitness Components of High School Boys from Ahmednagar District, state Maharashtra, country India. Researcher described Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Flexibility, Body height and Body weight are the of the important components of Health Related Physical Fitness. The investigator applied Cross- sectional or survey research designs for this study. . In this study the multistage random sample technique was also applied. The main objective of the study was to prepare norms and to compare the age wise performance of subjects in Health Related Physical Fitness components for the study 11 to 14 year school going boys were chosen. The physical fitness of total 8000 male subjects was tested. For experiment, researcher used one group, pretest- post test design. This study was finding out the effect of physical activity program on physical fitness components. An experiment involves the comparison of the effects of a particular treatment.
