This book is intended to help anyone be more focused. We all have a tendency towards being distracted. I share a collective of different authors and the viewpoint of the Word of God. I do include some of my life lessons from 35 years as an E.M.T. in N.Y.C..
My name is Alan Keith Jones, and I am married to Ramona since 1996. We have 5 children and 4 grands at the time of this writing. I was born in the Bronx, N.Y. grew up with 4 sisters in Westchester, N.Y. This book was in my computer for over 20 years! I am quite acquainted with being distracted. I was inspired to write this book for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, as a much-loved child of the Most High God, I am quite aware that we all tend to be distracted. I recently retired from 35 years of serving N.Y.C. as an E.M.T. with the F.D.N.Y. where I learned many valuable lessons. This inspired me to share this book and part of my life with as many as God would allow. My prayer is that we would choose to "Seek FIRST the Kingdom of God."
