This isbecause neither actual primary nor secondary aircraft transaction prices aredisclosed. Various types of third party valuation estimates exist, but relyingsolely on third party appraisals seems insufficient considering the volumes anddurations of aircraft financing arragments.The author thus proposes an aviation industry-reseach framework to opine onaircraft values.
