One market note worth flagging: Danielle Lori's The Sweetest Oblivion - one of the biggest mafia-romance titles of the last few years - centers on a couple named Elena and Nico. Not a legal issue, but since your Book One already has an Elena and this book's hero is Nico, it's a pairing dark-romance readers know well. Worth being aware of before you lock the name in.
