I didn't always understand how much my thoughts were shaping my life. For a long time, I believed my circumstances were the problem, the people around me were the reason, and luck was something other people had. But everything began to change when I started paying attention to the way I think, react, and respond to life.
This book is my personal journey of learning how to rebuild my mindset from the inside out, one thought at a time.
