This book contains a very simple information, and the simple way how to take a brief history of the condition and a simplified way to make the process of examining the patient and also contains a variety of questions could be facing those who are engaged in any particular exam in pediatrics. Most of the students of the Faculty of Medicine are dealing with a child like small human being, but the truth is quite different in terms of the mechanism of examination and the techniques of taking information and laboratory tests and treatment. The differences of a pediatric history in compares' to an adult history include the elements of the history and mother or father as source of informations ; the content differences include birth history (prenatal, perinatal and postnatal) and developmental history, social history of family and environmental risks specific for children; finally the adult history often not concentrate on immunization history and feeding history which is very important in children.
