This study advocates for enhancing teaching methodologies through a cognitive-visual approach-an integrated strategy that combines cognitive science principles with visual learning tools. By leveraging dual-coding theory, this approach uses diagrams, concept maps, infographics, simulations, and multimedia to present complex subject matter in ways that align with how the human brain processes and retains information.Visual representations act as cognitive scaffolds, helping students organize knowledge, recognize patterns, and make interdisciplinary connections. In fields like engineering, medicine, or business, visual tools transform abstract or technical content into accessible, engaging learning experiences. Moreover, this methodology supports diverse learning styles and aligns with students' digital fluency, increasing motivation and comprehension.
