From the study, the§characteristic cultural traits of the typical company§were revealed. A model of the national culture was§also identified & analysed. Certain unique§Singaporean cultural values were also reaffirmed. A§typology of Singaporean corporate culture also§emerged from the most important values held by the§corporate leaders. This & the impediments & success§factors of companies were examined. A model for§measuring a national culture was derived & proposed.§The study s limitations are identified; the§researcher s critical lessons & directions for future§research are also given.
