This book takes interdisciplinary approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR). The discussion evolves around key issues rooted in the discipline of economic sciences and management to show the complexity of the contemporary perception and development of CSR in Poland. Well-being, common good, social innovations in relation to profit, and irresponsibility manifestations are considered within the economic pillar. The managerial pillar addresses consumers and organizations, underlining the role and importance of small and medium sized enterprises. The book shows the possibility of improving management systems by implementing and using the assumptions of the concept of corporate social responsibility in business operations.
