Francis the Fox has great plans for the future. Aber Francis' Gier nach Macht und seine neuen Anweisungen gefallen den Bewohnern nicht. Irgendetwas Verdächtiges geht auf dem Dachboden der Bibliothek vor sich und die Brieftauben der Stadt verschwinden plötzlich auf mysteriöse Art und Weise.
