With the uncertainty of today's civilizations problems, one has to be prepared for man made as well as natural disasters, but where to begin is a problem in itself. After years of research a "checklist" has been put together to help everyone in any situation to get started. From the experienced to the novice in survival techniques, this book is sure to find a home as a reference and checklist for food and supplies needed for short term survival as well as a change in lifestyle survival. One big issue is to know how much food will be needed, a formula is given based on one year survival for one adult male, other formula adjustments are given for women and children as well as shorter time lengths as desired. Surviving any change requires, first the knowledge that something could happen, second is preparing for the possible disaster, and third is taking action towards that preparation. Be Prepared! This 6x9 book is an essential checklist and has lined pages for taking notes, and everything needed to get started and organized in one location for surviving any disaster.
