About The book-
Do you always have to hear it from an expert or a professional, the best ways of life? A common person
like me, who has been through many ups and downs in life, can also guide practically and viably. This
book will help everyone, whether you are a student, a working professional, a homemaker, or a 70-
plus-year-old Grandparent. It has food for thought for everyone.
These 10 Mantras if implemented well, will surely evolve the person. It will provide a simple, realistic,
and relatable perspective. Like time is the essence of life. Once we realize the importance and value
of time, next is to know how best we can channel our energy into doing something, rewarding. A task
that is at hand, if not done by being mindful, loses its value. To do things mindfully, we need
knowledge, of how to do a particular task. Knowledge is power if acquired through the right sources
and then shared. Question is who will attain this great knowledge, is it a person who's just living their
lives and fulfilling requirements, like a check box exercise? Or a person who is curious about
everything?
That is why if we instill a curious mindset in our children, they will always be probing about everything.
So, having a curious mindset will give you the quest to seek knowledge and research will help you gain
it. It is also important to keep learning new skills. It can be anything that will help you keep going or
an item from your bucket list.
What life have you lived if you have not had fun? Each day counts, so yes we have tried to make the
most of the day, but amidst all that, did we remember to laugh like mad? Be a little silly and crazy?
Life is not to be taken seriously all the time, we also need to let go and live.
While enjoying life one must always be aware of the unpredictable situations that may come up. I
always follow this principle, 'Hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.' So adapting to change
and how fast we can understand, accept, and adapt to the situation is the key to success.
It is the survival of the fittest and like the jungle, things are volatile and can change anytime. So be
alert! Look out for yourself and the people around you. Each person is born unique and has their
strengths and weaknesses. It's important to acknowledge both and work on them. One can have
everything, amazing skills, great knowledge, abundant wealth, and the best of life but no good health,
will any of the prior make sense? Our body is a Temple and we need to worship it. 'So be fit, to become
a hit!'
Have we been grateful at every step of our life as even the next breadth, is not ours! So having an
Attitude of Gratitude is a must and should be passed on to the next generation.
