Some experiments take a long time to finish.

Near-future New York. The Silos District. A city of digital addicts, corporate surveillance, and cops who look the other way.

Ryan Altair is a freelance hacker, a manic-depressive, and a man with nothing left to lose. When a citywide blackout interrupts his suicide attempt at the exact moment it should have killed him, Ryan starts asking dangerous questions about the nature of reality and stumbles onto a discovery that could give him absolute control over his own destiny. The price is simple. In every reality where he doesn't get what he wants, he dies.

It works. It keeps working. And it draws attention.

A detective with his own demons picks up the trail. A brilliant artist with a hidden agenda gets too close too fast. And something older and stranger than any of them may be watching from the other side of consciousness itself.

Fates Abound: The Quantum Destiny is a cyberpunk thriller about quantum physics, psychoactive chemicals, and the dangerous idea that you can choose which version of reality you deserve to live in. Drawing on the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics, it weaves together themes of identity, manipulation, addiction, and the unsettling possibility that someone, or something, is watching which version of you survives.

This collected edition gathers all three issues of the cyberpunk graphic novel into a single volume for the first time, including the previously unreleased Issue 3. Originally published as a serialised graphic novel in 2014 and abandoned at Issue 2, the work has now been completed twelve years later, finally giving readers the full story.

Perfect for fans of

Philip K. Dick, William Gibson, Black Mirror, and graphic novels that take their genre concepts seriously.
