BAM!!! The front door bursts at the seams, and a heavily armed SWAT team storms into my house. I'm under arrest.

Special units of the police, IRS, and military invade thirty locations simultaneously with more than three hundred men. The brothels, buildings, and warehouses of my father, sex entrepreneur Jan Bik, are turned entirely upside down.

My dad and I are accused of running a criminal organization, money laundering, forgery and defrauding the tax authorities for 30 million euros.

I am taken to prison. Dreadful images enter my mind; overcrowded cells, violence, abuse in the shower, I become their prison bitch and sleep on the concrete floor. Working every day till my hands bleed and surviving on water and bread. The opposite turns out to be true.

Grand Hotel Prison is a jaw-dropping true story that will leave you in disbelief, the Netherlands has no cells; the Netherlands hands out all-inclusive hotel rooms.

Most prominent Dutch website reviews:
Bol.com ***** "Amazing from the first till the last page"
Hebban.nl ***** "You just can't stop reading"
Ako.nl ***** "What every one wanted to know but no one dared to write"
