One of the unique features §of the book is the inclusion and illustration of the §use of mathematical models to effectively simulate §the transport phenomena within impinging streams. §The models are also used to illustrate the §feasibility of using impinging streams in various §engineering unit operations, namely, liquid mixing §and solids drying. Detailed experimental procedures §that can be applied for future study of impinging §streams are also given.
