The energy range extended from physics with ultracold neutrons, involving kinetic energies below 10-6 eV to cosmic ray physics, studying primaries at an energy of 1020 eV. There are many connections between topics, such as the role of strange quarks in neutron stars or as possible signal of a quark-gluon plasma. There are new results including neutrino physics from Super-Kamiokande and evidence for a glueball mixed into the scalar mesons. There are also reviews of topics such as CP violation, lepton-flavor violation, and charm physics.
