Love and Pork Chops is a refreshingly different book; it's a tale of two stories told by two different women about the women they fell in love with. Que Martain's story is of the triumphs of true love. She has a two-week affair on a luxurious island with a beautiful woman and everything is too good to be true, until she has to return to reality and leave the woman of her dreams behind. Once home and again comfortable in her life she meets and falls for Ali, a painter and seemingly perfect match for her. That is until Mel, the woman of her dreams, steps back into her life. Que's life begins to spiral out of control as she struggles with her feelings for Mel. Rachael Green weaves a story of lust and heartbreak. After a period of struggling with her resent break-up, Rachael becomes a dating machine until her world stops when she meets Blair. Their relationship is one of lust and passion and long distance. Rachael knows where her heart lies and struggles to make Blair believe that a long distance relationship will work. All ends well as new and old friends sit down to a wonderful meal of Love and Pork Chops.
