It's no wonder that, for his discussions, different models have been suggested to account for what we consider to be just, good or right in terms of the role of the state towards its citizens. These models, whether utilitarian, liberal, egalitarian, virtue theorist or communitarian, try to deal with political problems by suggesting different starting points, and these points are as diverse as their theoretical models. Faced with this reality, the author will seek to clearly and precisely elucidate some of the main theoretical discussions in political philosophy and law.
