Originally published in 2012, Shadow Precinct takes place in an alternate reality America where firearms are heavily restricted shortly after World War II. Everett Santeaux is a zealot; a child fiercely trained in all manners of combat and arms recollection. At a secret facility buried in the Rocky Mountains, he and other children were subjected to a deadly program meant to change them into the human equivalent of a fired bullet; fearless soldiers capable of facing down large numbers without blinking an eye.
