PSYOPS: The Spiritual Battle for Your Mind and Your Soul! - Countdown to Eternity, Third Edition is a biblical examination of spiritual warfare and the battle being waged for the human mind, faith, identity, and soul.
Drawing upon the concept of psychological operations-strategies designed to influence thought, perception, belief, and behavior-author Anthony V. Johnson examines how Satan employs deception, temptation, accusation, fear, confusion, distraction, counterfeit spirituality, division, and attacks upon identity to draw people away from God and His truth.
This thoroughly revised and expanded Third Edition explores the spiritual hierarchy, Satan's direct attacks, generational curses, dreams, spiritual impartation, the war for the mind in the last days, the spirit of distraction, the battle for identity, moral and spiritual decline, the great falling away, and Satan's ultimate endgame.
Johnson also examines the biblical weapons available to believers, including salvation through Jesus Christ, holiness, obedience, faith, prayer and fasting, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, praying in the Spirit, praise and worship, accountability, perseverance, and the Word of God.
Combining Scripture, personal testimony, spiritual insight, and practical application, PSYOPS challenges readers to recognize the spiritual forces influencing their lives, guard their minds, strengthen their relationship with God, and remain faithful in an increasingly distracted and deceptive world.
At its core, the message is urgent:
Spiritual warfare is not ultimately about comfort, success, or prosperity. It is about eternity.
Every human life is moving toward an appointed moment. The battle is real, the stakes are eternal, and the countdown has already begun.
