Teljes leírás

Jose Silva wrote this book without a coauthor, back in 1979, to express his own personal feelings about his life and his trailblazing research that led to the Silva Mind Control Method and the Silva UltraMind ESP Systems.

"I express in this book my own mental reflections, projecting a retrospective and meditative look to the year 1944, when I began my research concerning the human mind," he explains.

He includes a chapter with factors he has observed to be important to success, as well as details on Alpha brain waves, a researcher from the 1800's he said was the most influential on his own research, how several of the teachings in the Bible influenced and confirmed his own scientific research findings, and more.

This book is typical of the man himself: brief, to the point, and very insightful. He has a knack of saying a lot with very few words.

If you ever wondered what it was like to sit down with him and ask him to explain his research and its significance, then read this intriguing book.
