During this project, I conducted a statistical study of the production line. This study involved creating histograms, control charts, and calculating capability indices. The results show that the manufacturing process is not under control and is influenced by several assignable causes. We must help implement a powerful, predictive statistical tool that will detect any process deviations and adjust the process accordingly. Furthermore, statistical process control aims to reinforce the Deming approach: the PDCA cycle.
