It is late on Saturday evening and Thomas is about to hitthe bed knowing fully well that Sunday is going to be ahectic day for him. For one, he has this massivespreadsheet and PowerPoint documents to get ready forhis monthly presentation at work on Monday morning.He has not done the laundry and was unable to cut thelawn today as he had planned. He is going to bed with aconcrete action plan for tomorrow and a firm resolve towake up at six on Sunday to get the ball rolling early. Orso he thought! Where does ten a.m. on Sunday morningactually meet Thomas? On his front lawn mowing the grasses? In front of hisdesk preparing for his presentation? Of course not!!!Thomas is ensconced in bed, a glass of fruit juice in onehand and a bar of chocolate beside him, watching yetanother sitcom that he doesn't really want to watch. Hetries to convince himself that the day is still young andthere is enough time for him to accomplish everythingon his to-do list before the day runs out.
