Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management (HRM), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Workforce Diversity, and Emotional Intelligence. Dr. Monika has authored numerous research papers published in reputed national and international journals and has presented her scholarly work at various national and international conferences.
