Dr. Jagadesh Chander R is a Behavioural Scientist, Author, and Organizational Consultant whose life's work is centered on one question: What helps people become the fullest version of themselves?
Drawing on expertise in behavioural science, organizational psychology, leadership development, and emotional intelligence, he has spent years helping individuals, leaders, and organizations unlock human potential and build healthier systems for growth. He serves as Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator for the M.Sc. Behavioural Science programme at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, is the Founder of iLAC, and an Expert Member of SEBOC International.
A recipient of the Young Social Scientist Award, Dr. Chander is recognized for transforming evidence-based behavioural insights into practical tools that help people lead better, work better, and live more intentionally.
