Recite the Qur'an as it was revealed, and understand what you recite.
The Qur'an of Tajweed with Translation brings together the Arabic text of the Qur'an, colour-coded with the rules of tajweed, and an English translation of its meanings. It is made especially for non-Arabic readers who want to improve their recitation while understanding the words of Allah.
This volume covers 38 surahs, from Surah al-Qiyamah to Surah al-Ikhlas: the chapters most often memorised, recited in prayer and taught to children and new Muslims.
Inside this book:
- The Arabic text with colour-coded tajweed, so each rule can be seen at a glance as you read
- An English translation of the meanings alongside the Arabic
- Surahs commonly recited in the daily prayers, gathered in one easy volume
- A clear layout made for learners, beginners and anyone returning to the Qur'an
Whether you are learning to read the Qur'an for the first time, polishing your recitation, or memorising the short surahs with your family, this book helps you recite with care and reflect on what you read.
"And recite the Qur'an with measured recitation." (Surah al-Muzzammil, 73:4)
