This book will help you prepare digital skills tests for any competition or selection procedure, especially those organised by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) or other EU agencies and bodies, to get a job in the EU institutions.

We will add a glossary of terms to complete your preparation in data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, safety, and problem-solving. We will always take into account the topics that are most frequently asked in exams.
In addition, it includes three exercises with 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQ) to facilitate your review and training.
All this from the personal and professional experience of a successful candidate in numerous tests designed by EPSO and other EU agencies (computer-based tests, intermediate tests, case studies, and assessment centre interviews), being an official at the public administration in Spain and having held several positions as a Head of Unit since 2009, mostly in the areas of human resources, finance, programme management, law enforcement, competition, and general administration.
He has also worked as a national expert at the European Commission, gaining additional experience on communication and political affairs at the EU level, provided training to civil servants and coached many candidates for open competitions (reasoning tests, practical exercises, and interviews), helping them improve their abilities and competencies.
