Sales to individuals in each of the States in re lation to the quotas set in those States hit rec ord peaks during the Victory Loan. In 36 of the States, sales reached 150% or more of the goals set. Of these, nine States achieved 200% or more Of their goals. The remaining States exceeded their quotas for individuals by 18% or more.
