Rioo, the heavily populated world known as the sewage of Méridia Station, is drowning in endless rain and rising floods. And it is about to get a whole lot worse.
Inspector Rios, an ancient Djockar pumped up by a variety of drugs to combat the pains of the Blackening, wakes up to the incessant ringing of his communicator from his partner, the Arti-Inspector Helix.
They found another victim on display. A true, but terrible work of art.
Making his way through this crumbling and damp world below one of the massive Station's water tanks, Rios starts a day that will not end like any other, for the elusive killer is far from completing his final masterpiece.
With the clock ticking and his disease progressing, Rioo has to work fast: not only is his life on the line, but the answers to the case are also more connected to him than he initially realised.
