The book Cuando el Talento También Necesita Inclusión (When Talent Also Needs Inclusion) addresses the educational reality of students with High Intellectual Abilities (ACI) within the context of inclusive education in Paraguay. The book argues that educational inclusion should not only focus on students with disabilities or learning difficulties, but also on those students with superior talents and abilities who require specific pedagogical attention to fully develop their potential. The author analyzes how many students with ICI remain invisible within the educational system due to the mistaken belief that they "learn alone" and do not need support. However, the book demonstrates that these students can experience school boredom, demotivation, socioemotional problems and low performance when they do not receive adequate stimuli and intellectual challenges according to their abilities. The book develops theoretical foundations of inclusive education, highlighting that true inclusion implies guaranteeing access, participation, permanence and meaningful learning for all students.
