"There are no scrap wood but just the wood that had not met the right hand"
This is what an old woodworker told me when I asked his views on the craft.
As I started to look for resources/guide into the world of woodworking 5 years back I found:
- There was information overload online which was more confusing than assuring
- The books/resources where little aged and did not provide the outsider's perspective
- The context was aged or was focussed on one of the sub-genres of woodworking (Cabinet Making, Carving, Woodturning, etc.)
Those days of confusion led me to write this book with simple instructions, no-fluff content and keeping a beginner as my target audience.
It contains:
- Introduction and various sub-genres of Woodworking
- All about wood (type, selection, suitability )
- Tools, process, and Techniques
- Safety and Best Practices
- 10 Starter Projects ( Step-by-Step)
- Gluing, Finishing
- Glossary, link to free plan and an additional bonus booklet
So, if you believe in saying that the best person to guide you is the one just a few steps ahead of you, grab this book and start your journey today!!
